He has designed many successful and well received digital and analog components for Michell, Trichord, Pioneer Precision and Eikos. Then someone asked him to design a no holds barred reference class phono stage which eventually became the Groove.
We have discovered that the Groove - in its various incarnations - the Groove, Groove X, Groove Plus and Groove Plus SRX - are simply the best phono stages we have heard in terms of detail, lack of coloration, utter silence, and kick ass dynamic expression. They just have a way of squeezing the last ounce of details and life out of records in a very coherent, natural and musical manner.
